    Full-Time HR Generalist/Employee Relations

    Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 to 5

    Signature Healthcare at Home - 25117 SW Parkway Suite F - Wilsonville, Oregon 97070

     

    This is an HR Generalist role with an emphasis in employee relations. This role is responsible for managing a range of HR activities. These include acting as a resource to help solve team member issues, overseeing and facilitating performance management, resolving employee concerns with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution, motivating team members through leadership and providing analysis of staff trends.

    • Provides high-quality advice and service to management on employee relations and performance management issues
    • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions and helping to implement selected solutions
    • Investigates employee relations issues and provides unbiased reports on findings
    • Counsels and advises managers in interpreting and applying policies and procedures to resolve issues related to recruitment, compensation, disciplinary action, compliance and conflict resolution
    • Administers unemployment insurance processes
    • Creates, distributes and reports on annual employee satisfaction surveys
    • Assists in the development and implementation of company-wide personnel policies and procedures
    • Assists in preparing and maintaining employee handbook as well as the policies and procedures manual
    • Maintains company organization charts
    • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and services performed; supports the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
    • Oversees job performance evaluation process
    • Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions
    • Ensures services follow professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws

     

    Qualifications/Skillsets

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
    • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred
    • At least two years’ HR Generalist experience required
    • Experience with HRIS systems and reporting
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations relating to employment
