    Full-Time Hospice and Home Health Account Manager - Outside Sales

    Sales Territory:  Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Melba, Homedale, Wilder, Greenleaf and a portion of Meridian



    The Hospice and Home Health Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of establishing, maintaining and cultivating positive referral source relationships on behalf of the designated Signature location.


    • Generate Hospice and Home Health referrals to Signature by growing both existing and new referral accounts.
    • Direct all daily marketing operations and promotional initiatives in order to achieve the location’s budgeted admissions and census.
    • Facilitate communication between Signature employees, volunteers, patients, families, caregivers, physicians, vendors, referral sources, and other professionals.
    • Maintain a solid working knowledge in the field, including major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors’ market positioning.
    • Participate in community, professional and educational outreach activities to build high quality market perceptions of Signature.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales in medical and or  healthcare industry, preferably in hospice, home health and home care operations.
    • Knowledge of corporate business management.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
    • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
    • Autonomous, organized, assertive, flexible and cooperative.
    • Efficient time management and territory management skills.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology.
